After 53 minutes in the waiting room I left. They are overbooked and lie about appointment times.
I booked my appointment for their next available slot. I was told 1PM (and no other time). I was asked to fill out some paperwork before I arrived which I did. When I got there I was asked to take a seat. I sat waiting with half a dozen other people for 47 minutes from 12:50 PM to 1:37 PM at which point I wrote a review on their website saying it was ridiculous how late they are for appointments. By 1:43 (53 minutes after arriving) I left.
I will say they did refund the $25 co-pay they pre-charged me. However the $57 in Uber bills there and back, and my wasted afternoon are all for mine. They also let me know after I sat there for nearly an hour, that the appointment time of 1:00 PM was actually a lie, it was a 1:30 PM appointment with a pre-appoitnment at 1:00 to fill out paperwork...the same 5 minutes of paperwork they make you fill out online.
If you do make the mistake of going to Weingrow Wellness & Medical Center;
1. Show up at least 30 minutes late, your appointment time is not the time they tell you.
2. Don't follow any instrctions, if they say fill out paperwork at home don't. If they say go online and upload your insurance, don't. If they say "we'll be with you shortly", get ready for a nearly hour wait.
I was going there to get a refill on a prescription as my doctors office closed down. Unfortunately I am out of my medication in 6 days so looks like I am out of luck. Weingrow Wellness & Medical Center does not deserve a 4 star rating, I have no idea how they have this. They are an over booked 1 star clinic.

I went on my lunch break and was in and out of the office so fast. It was my first time there. Front desk was super helpful. I will definitely be back.
